Steamed Prawn in Traditional Hua Diao Wine

It tasted nice but 30 minutes of steaming seemed too long. I will adjust to 20 minutes next time. Also, after marinating, I should steam the prawns without the Hua Diao wine; during steaming, when the prawn's "juice" dripped, I should drain them away, then pour in new Hua Diao wine so that the wine and the "juice" don't mix.
